If you have not received your order within the established deadlines, please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org; we will try resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to make your return, just you have to access your account and select the order and the clothes you no longer want. The customer is responsible for the return costs and the product must be in perfect conditions with the original labels and their packaging box. In case the product arrives in poor condition, DOUBLE-6 will take over shipping costs. Doubts about returns:
- Our clients can return their order in a physical place if they wish, approaching our studio. You must make an appointment through our email email@example.com. They just have to make sure to return the order within 15 days after the delivery date.
- After having reviewed the order and found that it is in good condition, we will proceed to make the return using the same form of payment. When our team has processed your refund, we will send you a message so you know it’s on the way.
